We had a loft in Oakland that was a rental and we decided it was time to sell. With a single phone call, Patty leaped (well, perhaps just 'went into') into action mode. Patty handled dealing with the management company, the tenants and while my wife and I were living outside of the bay area Patty got everything done from that one phone call to sold in 30 days.
